Doug Myers, President & CEO, Kith Media LLC

Doug Myers serves as President and Chief Executive Office of Kith Media LLC.  Kith Media LLC is located in Cincinnati Ohio, and was formed on August 30, 2011 as a limited liability company. 

 Kith Media oversees the management and ownership of certain subsidiaries, which are leading providers of print directories and internet-based, local search services in the state of Alaska, the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area and the state of Hawaii.

 Doug Myers served as the President of Local Insight Regatta Holdings effective December 2008, and as Vice President- Business Development for Local Insight Media since March 2008. Mr. Myers has served as LIMH's Vice-President, Business Development since March 2008. Mr. Myers has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CBD Media LLC ("CBD Media"), an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of LIMH and an affiliate of the Company, since March 2002. CBD Media, through its subsidiaries, is the leading publisher of print and online directories in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. Since July 2007, Mr. Myers has also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ACS Media LLC ("ACS Media"), an indirect, wholly owned subsidiary of LIMH and an affiliate of the Company. ACS Media, through its subsidiaries, is the largest publisher of print and internet directories in the State of Alaska. From February 1999 until March 2002, Mr. Myers served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CBD Media's predecessor, Cincinnati Bell Directory.

 From 1982 until February 1999, Mr. Myers held a variety of marketing and management positions at Cincinnati Bell Directory, Cincinnati Bell Telephone and Cincinnati Bell Inc. David D. Miller, Vice President & COO, Kith Media LLC

 David Miller serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Office of Kith Media LLC.  Kith Media LLC is located in Cincinnati Ohio, and was formed on August 30, 2011 as a limited liability company. 

 Kith Media oversees the management and ownership of certain subsidiaries, which are leading providers of print directories and internet-based, local search services in the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and the greater Cincinnati metropolitan.

 David has over 25 years of progressive management experience, 21 years within the Yellow Pages industry.  He recently served as Director of Operations of The Berry Company from 2008 to 2011.  From 2002 to 2008, he served as Vice President- Sales & Operations/Internet at CBD Media LLC responsible for Sales performance, Digital business development, and establishing and managing of all strategic outsourcing partnerships. He was part of the Directory leadership team that facilitated the asset sale of the Yellow Pages unit from Cincinnati Bell Telephone in 2002. Previous positions at CBD Inc. and Cincinnati Bell Telephone include, Director of Operations and Internet, Product Management and Business Development.

James L. Henderson, Chief Financial Officer, Kith Media LLC

 Jim Henderson serves as Chief Financial Officer of Kith Media LLC.  Kith Media LLC is located in Cincinnati Ohio, and was formed on August 30, 2011 as a limited liability company. 

 Kith Media oversees the management and ownership of certain subsidiaries, which are leading providers of print directories and internet-based, local search services in the state of Alaska, the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area and the state of Hawaii.

 Jim Henderson previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer for Great American Advisors, a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Financial Group (NYSE: AFG).  Jim had served in this capacity for over twelve years and was responsible for leading Great American’s broker/dealer and advisory operations.  Jim worked within the AFG organization for over eighteen years, serving both life and property and casualty insurance subsidiaries in various capacities including product development, marketing and distribution support, agency management, financial reporting, actuarial and risk exposure.  Jim has been involved in the financial services industry for over 21 years.  Prior to joining AFG, Jim was the Chief Financial Officer for the Manhattan Life companies and manager with the public accounting firm, Deloitte Haskins and Sells.  Jim graduated magna cum laude from the University of Cincinnati in 1983 in finance and accounting, and received his CPA certification in 1985.
