ACS is the exclusive publisher of the “official” print directories of Alaska Communication Systems Group Inc., the largest local exchange carrier in Alaska. These print directories have served businesses and consumers throughout Alaska for over 50 years. ACS Media publishes 11 print directories (including yellow pages, white pages and specialty directories) and distributed approximately 800,000 copies of these directories to virtually all businesses and residences throughout Alaska. The ACS Media’s Internet Yellow Pages services, ACSYellowPages.com, further extends the distribution of ACS Media's advertisers content to internet users throughout Alaska and beyond.

Cincinnati Bell Directory Yellow Pages

CBD Media through the Cincinnati Bell Yellow Pages Directory brand is the exclusive publisher of the  “Cincinnati Bell Directory” branded yellow pages in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area, which is the 27^th largest metropolitan area in the country according to the 2010 U.S. Census.  In addition, CBD Media publishes white pages subscriber listings for Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, the incumbent local exchange carrier in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area for over 100 years. CBD Media publishes 18 directories (including yellow pages, white pages and specialty directories) and distributes approximately 2.6 million copies of these directories to business and residences. CBD Media also offers integrated Internet Yellow Pages services to its customers through CincinnatiBellYellowPages.com.

HT Yellow Pages

HYP Media throught the HT Yellow Pages Brand is the largest publisher of print and digital advertising directories in the State of Hawaii. HYP MEdia is the exclusive publisher of the “official” print directories of Hawaiian Telecom, Inc., the incumbent local exchange carrier in Hawaii.  In addition HYP Media publishes the white pages subscriber listings for Hawaiian Telecom.  These print directories have served businesses and consumers throughout Hawaii for more than 100 years. HYP Media publishes 11 print directories and distributes approximately 2.0 million copies of these directories to businesses and residences throughout Hawaii.  The HYP Directory Business’s Internet Yellow Pages directory, HTYellowPages.com, further extends the distribution of the HYP Media’s advertisers content to internet users throughout Hawaii and beyond.

Each media company under management by Kith Media generates its revenues primarily through the sale of advertising. For the year ended December 31, 2010, the combined entities had over 25,000 local advertising customers, consisting primarily of local small and medium businesses, as well as 1,000 national advertisers.  The combined entities generated $ 147,000,000 in advertising revenue in 2010.
