Kith Media LLC was formed on August 30, 2011 as a limited liability company organized under the laws of Ohio.  We were formed to manage certain subsidiaries previously owned and operated by Local Insight Media, LLC.  These operating subsidiaries are leading providers of print directories and internet-based, local search services in the State of Alaska, the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area and the State of Hawaii.

The primary operating subsidiaries managed by Kith Media are under the following brands, ACS Yellow Pages, Cincinnati Bell Directory Yellow Pages, and Hawiian Telecom Yellow Pages all of which are indirect, wholly-owned subsidiaries of Local Insight Media.  Kith Media was hired to manage these properties by the controlling parties of Local Insight Media, Welsh, Carson, Anderson and Stowe and Ambac Assurance Corporation in the fall of 2011.

Kith Media has established its corporate headquarters in downtown Cincinnati, OH and is independently owned and operated by management.  These managers have a combined 75+ years of leadership experience in the local search services and financial services industries. Contact Kith Media today.
